Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sentry 365 LLC (registered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA), our priority is your digital peace of mind. We understand technical problems can be tricky, so we offer a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you've subscribed to our annual plan and you're not satisfied with the service, or if we couldn't solve your initial technical issue, you can request a full refund (100% of the amount) within the first 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To request it, send an email to sentry365llc@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request" and your purchase details. We'll process the refund to your original card within 5 to 10 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellation

After the 14-day guarantee, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time of the current year. However, you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time by contacting us. The service will remain active until the end of your billed period.

3. Exceptions

No refunds apply in cases where the customer refuses to follow the technical instructions necessary for the repair, or if the issue is a physical hardware failure requiring on-site intervention (something our remote service does not cover, as stated in the terms).
