2. Description of the Service

Sentry 365 provides remote technical support, diagnostics, and optimization for household computers and networks under an annual subscription model. The service is limited to software support and configuration; it does not include physical hardware repair or part replacement.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Sentry 365 offers three annual subscription plans: Basic Plan (€70.00), Advanced Plan (€75.00), and Total Plan (€80.00). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Currency: Sentry 365 LLC is a U.S. company. Prices are shown in euros for the customer's convenience; Stripe handles the settlement with our U.S. account. The customer pays no FX conversion fees.

Automatic Renewal: To ensure continuous protection of your devices, the subscription automatically renews at the end of each annual period unless the customer requests cancellation before the renewal date.

4. Liability

Sentry 365 acts with due diligence to resolve technical incidents. However, since the service is remote, we cannot guarantee 100% resolution if issues stem from physical (hardware) faults or situations beyond our control. Under no circumstance shall Sentry 365 LLC be liable for data loss; it is the user's responsibility to maintain backups.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
