Do I have to bring my computer anywhere?
No. The whole service is remote. We connect to your computer securely over the internet from your home, and you see the screen the whole time.
How fast do you respond?
With the Basic plan we reply during standard hours (24-48h). With the Advanced plan, same business day. With the Total plan you get priority 24/7 support.
Is it safe to let you into my computer?
Yes. We use professional encrypted remote connection tools. You grant permission to enter and can end the session at any moment.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel the renewal at any time by writing to sentry365llc@gmail.com. Plus, if you're not happy in the first 14 days, we'll refund you in full.
Do you support Windows, Mac, mobile…?
We work with Windows, macOS, and basic Android and iOS setup. If your issue is hardware (a physically broken part), we'll guide you, but our remote service doesn't cover it.
